Education

The aim of DHEF  is educational: helping women of all ages, from all social backgrounds to reach their full potential through formal and informal learning programmes.

The Baytree Centre  aims at empowering families to break the cycle of poverty and exclusion.  It offers courses and clubs to asylum seekers, immigarants and residents in the local community.

Ashwell Student Residence, in London,  provides opportunities for students to broaden their interests and make a difference to the lives of the people around them.

Hazelwood House in Glasgow is a center for young people and families.  It offers a variety of residential educational and cultural activities.

Activities for parents take place across the country and seek to support them in the education of their children and enrichment of the family home. Clubs at all our centres run study sessions and activites for young people that challenge thinking, build leadership skills and promote health and fitness, cultural interests, crafts and hobbies.
