Help Us

There are many ways in which the work of DHEF has helped transform lives. It is through the generosity of our benefactors that our work is made possible. There are many ways you too can help.

 Make a donation

Make a donation through MyDonate by clicking the button now.

To make a regular contribution through your bank please contact us at and request a Standing Order Form.

Send cheques or CAF vouchers made payable to DHEF, 12 Gunnersbury Avenue, London, W5 3NJ.

If you would like to support a specific area of our work please indicate this with your donation.

Payroll Giving

Many employers operate a Payroll Giving Scheme, whereby you instruct them to deduct your donation from your gross salary before tax and send it directly to the Charity.

Help your gift go further with Gift Aid!

If you are a UK taxpayer using Gift Aid means that for every pound donated DHEF will receive an extra 25 pence from HM Revenue & Customs, increasing your donation by almost one third. Contact us if you would like a Gift Aid form emailed to you:

 You shop, they give

There are easy ways of raising money for DHEF, from home and at no extra cost to yourself. Many of the UK’s best known retailers, such as Amazon, John Lewis, Next, O2 and Sainsbury’s, support Easyfundraising.  You shop directly with your chosen retailer on-line as you usually would but by using the links from either of these sites each purchase you make generates a donation for your selected charity.  Try it and see.

Leave a legacy

DHEF has achieved a great deal thanks to the generosity of our many supporters who have given their time and money to developing the work of the Charity.  We want to be able to have the resources to serve the families of your own children and grandchildren, and theirs after them, not to mention many other families too.

You can help us do this by leaving a bequest to DHEF in your Will. Each and every Gift, regardless of size, helps. It may even help reduce the inheritance tax on your estate.

For more information speak to your solicitor or contact us at DHEF.
