About Us

Dawliffe Hall Educational Foundation (DHEF) is a registered charity (278720) & (SCO39512) that runs educational activities for women and families with a Christian ethos. Our activities promote respect for the individual, personal freedom, self confidence and responsible attitudes in professional, private and public life. We welcome people from all beliefs, ages and backgrounds.

Our Centres work in conjunction with youth groups, local communities and other organisations which share our goals and ambitions to help people to fulfil their potential and contribute to making the world a better place.

Ethos

Activities of a spiritual nature offered at DHEF Centres are entrusted to Opus Dei, a personal prelature of the Catholic Church.

Ann Bennett About Us

Ann Bennett - Chair

Ann Bennett is an independent lawyer. Upon graduating with a BA (Law) from Manchester University she worked in the City for a number of years before setting up as a sole practitioner and legal adviser to DHEF.

Ann brings to DHEF many years of work and experience in the legal and charity sector

Anna Burgidge About Us

Anna Burbidge

Graduated with a Mechanical Engineering Hons degree from Imperial College. For the past 10 years she has been working as a Building Services Design Consultant for ARUP, a large engineering company; she has recently moved into Facilities Management for Co-op, a large Food Retailer. 

Anna brings to DHEF her knowledge of property maintenance and renovation projects.
Mary Mulhall About us

Mary Mulhall

Works as a Partner at Hugh James in the City. She graduated with a 1st Class Honours Law and Business degree from the University of Brighton in 2006. After working in various youth projects run by DHEF, Mary started work in asbestos litigation which she has specialised in for the last 10 years.

Mary brings her legal experience both in the charities sector and the commercial setting.
Chinwe Nzewi About Us

Chinwe Nzewi

Has worked as an actuary for five years and has 10 years’ broader experience in management roles. 

Chinwe brings to DHEF her experience working in the non-profit organization management industry together with her Actuarial knowledge.
Maria Alvarex de Toledo About Us

Maria Alvarez de Toledo

She was one of the founder members and CEO of creative charity Fashion Awareness Direct where she developed a wealth of experience on running a charity and working with diverse and creative young people.

Maria brings to DHEF Her knowledge of management, accounting, marketing and communications.

Elena Cardenal

Elena Cardenal has been working as a project manager in Financial Services for over 20 years. An MSc graduate from City University she brings to DHEF an array of problem solving skills.

Marta Sauri

She has worked in private equity real estate since graduating with an MSc in Civil Engineering in 2011. Marta brings her experience in Real Estate and Properties.
